What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design. For corporate gifts and promotional orders, we can accommodate smaller quantities starting from 50 pieces. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely! We strongly encourage sampling before bulk production. Standard samples take 7-10 business days. Sample fees are typically refundable upon placing a bulk order. Custom mold samples may take 15-20 days.
What customization options are available?
We offer comprehensive customization including: laser engraving, screen printing, heat transfer printing, custom powder coat colors, custom lid designs, unique bottle shapes (ODM), and branded gift box packaging. Our design team can work from your artwork files or create original designs.
Are your materials food-safe and certified?
Yes. We exclusively use food-grade 304 and 316 stainless steel, which are BPA-free and FDA approved. All products are tested and certified to meet international safety standards including LFGB (EU) and FDA (US). We can provide full test reports upon request.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes, OEM and ODM are our core strengths. For OEM, we manufacture to your exact specifications and branding. For ODM, our in-house design team develops entirely new bottle shapes and lid mechanisms based on your brief. All designs are kept strictly confidential with NDA agreements available.
What are the payment terms?
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and L/C for large orders. Long-term partners may qualify for NET30 terms after a successful transaction history.
