For OEM/ODM projects with custom molds, the MOQ is typically 500-1,000 pieces depending on the complexity of the design. We offer flexible options for first-time buyers and sample orders -- contact us to discuss your specific needs.
How long does production take?
Production timelines vary by order type: Private label orders typically take 15-25 business days after sample approval. OEM/ODM orders with custom molds take 30-45 days including mold development. Corporate gift sets can be expedited to 7-14 days for in-stock designs. We always provide a confirmed production schedule before you place your order.
What customization options are available?
We offer extensive customization including: Logo application (laser engraving, screen printing, heat transfer, UV printing), Colors (powder coating, electroplating, spray painting in any Pantone color), Bottle shapes (choose from our catalog or develop a completely custom shape via ODM), Lid types (twist, flip, straw, handle, sport cap), Packaging (custom gift boxes, retail packaging, hang tags, and inserts).
What materials do you use? Are they food-safe?
Absolutely. We use food-grade 304 (18/8) and 316 stainless steel -- both are BPA-free, non-toxic, and approved by the FDA and EU food contact regulations. Our lids and seals use food-grade silicone and PP plastics. All materials come with full compliance documentation including SGS, LFGB, FDA, and REACH test reports upon request.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes -- we strongly encourage sampling before bulk production. Stock samples from our existing catalog can be shipped within 3-5 business days (sample cost + shipping applies). Custom branded samples with your logo and colors take 7-10 business days. Sample fees are typically credited toward your bulk order. Contact us to request your sample kit.
Do you ship internationally? What are the shipping options?
We ship to 50+ countries worldwide, including the US, UK, Germany, France, Australia, Canada, and more. Shipping options include: Sea freight (most cost-effective for large orders, 15-35 days), Air freight (faster, 5-10 days), and Express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS for samples and small orders, 3-7 days). We handle all export documentation and can ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to simplify your import process.
How do you ensure product quality?
Quality is embedded at every stage of our process. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and conduct: incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks during stamping, welding, and finishing, leak testing on 100% of bottles, and final pre-shipment inspection. We also welcome third-party inspection by agencies like SGS, Bureau Veritas, or your own QC team at our factory.
Is my design kept confidential?
Yes -- brand confidentiality is a core commitment. We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any design work begins. Your designs, artwork, mold tooling, and product specifications are never shared with third parties or used for other clients. Custom molds developed for your project are exclusively owned by you after full tooling payment.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and L/C (Letter of Credit) for large orders. Standard payment terms are 30-50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance paid before shipment. For long-term partners, we offer flexible net payment terms. All transactions are secured and fully documented.
Can you help with product design if I don't have artwork?
Absolutely! Our in-house design team can assist at every level -- from simple logo placement to full bottle concept development. Just share your brand guidelines, inspiration images, or a brief description of what you're looking for. We'll create professional mockups and 3D renderings for your review at no extra charge for standard design work. Complex ODM projects may involve a design fee that's credited toward your production order.
